All orders from bellibox are shipped in discreet, unmarked boxes and/or envelopes to ensure your privacy. All orders over $75.00 are shipped at no charge within the Continental United States. At this time we do not ship outside of the United States. The return address states our parent company name of Cape Medical, Inc. There will be a flat rate $14.95 shipping charge for all orders under $75.00.
For fast free delivery, we ship your orders from one of the thirteen distribution warehouses established across the Continental United States.
Same Day Shipping
Due to the COVID pandemic we cannot guarantee same day shipping. Orders placed prior to Noon Eastern Monday-Friday should ship same day but will depend on the volume of orders requested that day. All orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS and once provided your order will be updated with tracking information. Shipping Method
Our shipping method is UPS, therefore, we cannot accept Post Office Boxes for the “ship to” address. Samples are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. Once your order is shipped, bellibox will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You may also log in to your account by clicking “My Account” at the top of any page. When you select “Order History,” you will have access to track your order and view previous orders.
Samples
Samples are typically sent via USPS from our NC warehouse to a mailing address. If you are ordering multiple products, including a mix of bags, cases and/or samples your order may be split up for shipping purposes. If you have any questions please call our office at 800.245.0668.
Returns
bellibox offers a money back guarantee on all of its products that are unopened and is within 30 days of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may ship any unopened packages to bellibox at the address below for a full refundon unopened items we receive back in our NC warehouse. bellibox can issue a pick upticket through UPS for any unopened packages and you will receive a refund minus the cost of shipping to return the product. UPS will attempt 3 times to pick up the products. If they are unsuccessful it will be your responsibility to ship back the product to the address below, not necessarily the address on the box! You will receive a refund minus the cost of the charge for the UPS pick up ticket.
