    Is shipping free?
    We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00. We have no hidden fees. The prices you see on our website are exactly what you pay. Free shipping only applies to all orders shipped within the Continental United States.
    When can I expect my delivery?
    Orders received before 1:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day. Orders will be shipped via Fedex*. It is important that we receive your proper physical address due to the fact Fedex does not ship to a Post Office Box. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days from the date you place the order. Any items on back order will be processed from an alternate warehouse which may delay delivery a day or more. You will be notified via email of any back ordered items. *Orders placed for samples will be mailed through the US Postal Service. Golden State may deliver if you live in AZ, CA, NM, or NV. ** Products that have been damaged during delivery should be refused. In the event an item is damaged, please contact customer service within 24 hours so we can process your replacement order.
    What if I'm not home?
    The Fedex driver will attempt to obtain a signature for all deliveries. If no one is at home to sign for the delivery, the Fedex driver can leave your delivery, provided there is a safe, secure location. In all other situations where no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver will leave a service notice. Simply call the number on the service notice and arrange for a convenient delivery time. Fedex will attempt the delivery up to three times before returning the product to bellibox.
    Do you collect sales tax?
    Customers in North Carolina will be charged a North Carolina sales tax. Taxes can be waived for North Carolina Residents with a signed Prescription from their Physician. Orders shipped to all other states are not taxed.
    Is your payment system secure?
    The security of your credit card information is our top priority. We have installed the latest website security systems to insure your personal information is protected.
